Perhaps one of these crazy costumes will fit the bill.  This is a vintage, hand colored postcard from Germany.  Not sure what the text says.  Can anyone translate?  Not sure what they are doing.  Any ideas?

A colorful rendition of a squirrel - makes me think of fall.  Although the squirrels in my neighborhood aren't as cute as this one when they're digging up my garden.

Lovely lady, lounging in the pumpkin patch holding her basket of apples.  What could be more natural?  (Again, the 1950's?)  I do love fall, crisp air, beautiful colors, bountiful harvest!
