They are flat, with a postcard-like back.  The little images are sweet.  Feel free to use for your own project.  Simply click on the image, then right click to save to your own files.   Perfect to use for your own notecards, collages, scrapbooking or other paper project.

Laundry Line Notes

I have been finding more treasures - looking through boxes that have been stored away for years or while cleaning out the drawers of an old dresser.  Post cards, note cards, greeting cards galore!  Here's the first few to share, from a set of pretty note cards I found in the back of a drawer of an old desk; there are about 10 different designs, here are two, with the center one being what the backs look like - a little post card.

I love the kistchy laundry theme .  These would be great for scrapbooking or collage.  Feel free to "borrow" and use the image.  Right click the image and save to your computer for later use.  There are a few more images in this collection, I will post them over the next few weeks.  Enjoy!

Googly Gator

This googly gator gets me every time - he has a squeaker embedded in between two layers of card.  When ever I pull a new card to post, he gives a squeak!

Welcome to my Kanga-Room

Thought I'd send you a picture of our room!

I think the color travel card is so funny.  I am not sure what the yo-yo has to do with the scene, but the Kangaroo looks pretty annoyed.

HOT!

It's been HOT here!  This funny illustrated postcard comes in many incarnations, each with a different desert-climate city on the top panel of the sign.  I have several of them, each with a different city.

Western Saturday Night

I love this silly card from the 50's.  It's fun to look at all the detail that went into this illustration.

This is a great travel postcard featuring a supersized rabbit.  I guess it's meant to be funny, but it reminds me a of a B-horror sci-fi flick from the 60's.

Swimming Pool

Are you going somewhere for Spring Break?  This pool looks interesting...

This card commemorates Webb Pierce's swimming pool, and his large group of guests, none of whom are prepared to swim.  A quick check of the web, and you'll find that Webb Pierce was one of the most popular Honky Tonk singers of the 1950's.  Personally, I love his pink leisure suit!

Feeling Under the Weather

Enjoy this little gem - a sweet vintage get well card.  The paper is textured, the edges are scalloped, and the colors are bright.  A sweet and sappy delight.

Spooning in the Moon

I love this card!  Something about it is so charming - the two balancing on the edge of the sliver of moon, the happy moon face and it's changing expression, the dusting or tickling of the moon's nose, the clumsy man slipping, the woman catching him....so much in these two photos.  So fun.
Project ideas: use in a scrapbook lay out, use in a larger collage with a sweet quotation, use as a greeting card, use your imagination!

Happy Fall

Lovely lady, lounging in the pumpkin patch holding her basket of apples.  What could be more natural?  (Again, the 1950's?)  I do love fall, crisp air, beautiful colors, bountiful harvest!

Women in the Kitchen

Why do they look so happy?  Are these ladies from the 50's too?  Perhaps it's just an advertisement - but I love the stove and the tile walls.

Busy Day

Again with the 50's theme.  I love these ladies, busy, busy, busy.  Why don't I wear such a frilly dress while I do the housework?
